【摘要】:ISO15883-1:2006specifiesgeneralperformancerequirementsforwasher-disinfectors(WD)andtheiraccessoriesthatareintendedtobeusedforcleaninganddisinfectionofre-usablemedicaldevicesandotherarticlesusedinthecontextofmedical,dental,pharmaceuticalandveterinarypractice.Itspecifiesperformancerequirementsforcleaninganddisinfectionaswellasfortheaccessorieswhichcanberequiredtoachievethenecessaryperformance.Themethodsandinstrumentationrequiredforvalidation,routinecontrolandmonitoringandre-validation,periodicallyandafteressentialrepairs,arealsospecified.Therequirementsforwasher-disinfectorsintendedtoprocessspecificloadsarespecifiedinsubsequentpartsofISO15883.Forwasher-disinfectorsintendedtoprocessloadsoftwoormoredifferenttypestherequirementsofallrelevantpartsofthisstandardapply.ISO15883-1:2006doesnotspecifyrequirementsintendedformachinesforuseforlaundryorgeneralcateringpurposes.ISO15883-1:2006doesnotincluderequirementsformachineswhichareintendedtosterilizetheload,orwhicharedesignatedas"sterilizers",thesearespecifiedinotherstandardse.g.EN285.Thespecifiedperformancerequirementsofthisstandardmaynotensuretheinactivationorremovalofthecausativeagent(s)(prionprotein)oftransmissiblespongiformencephalopathies.ISO15883-1:2006maybeusedbyprospectivepurchasersandmanufacturersasthebasisofagreementonthespecificationofaWD.ThetestmethodsfordemonstrationofcompliancewiththerequirementsofISO15883-1:2006mayalsobeemployedbyuserstodemonstratecontinuedcomplianceoftheinstalledWDthroughoutitsworkinglife.Guidanceonaroutinetestprogrammealsoisgiven.
