【摘要】:Thisstandarddefinesasetofsystemapplicationprograminterfacestooperatingsystemservices.TheseinterfacesprovideaccessviatheAdaprogramminglanguagetothesameoperatingsystemservicesforwhichC-languageinterfacesarespecifiedinISO/IEC9945-1:1996f2gc1)2)andIEEEP1003.1gfB14g.ThepurposeofthisstandardistosupportapplicationportabilityattheAdasourcecodelevel.Thisstandardisintendedtobeusedbybothapplicationdevelopersandsystemimplementors.Thisstandardisintendedtobecompatiblewithimplementationsofthe1995revisiontotheAdalanguagestandard(ISO/IEC8652:1995f1g).Fall-backapproachescompatiblewithimplementationsoftheoriginalAdalanguagestandard(ISO/IEC8652:1987fB5g)arealsoprovided(see1.3).Thisstandardisintendedtocontainnospecificationsthatconflictwith“Year2000”requirements.cThisstandardcomprisesthreemajorcomponents:—Definitionsforterminologyandconcepts,anddefinitionsandspecificationsthatgovernprogramstructures,language-systeminteraction,andrelatedrequirements.—DefinitionsofthespecificAdainterfacestothesystemservicesdefinedbythePOSIXstandards,presentedintheformofAdapackages.—InterpretationsofAdasemanticswithrespecttothePOSIXstandards.Thefollowingareasareoutsidethescopeofthisstandard:(1)Userinterface(shell)andcommandsassociatedwithAdaprogramdevelopment.(2)Adabindingstothearchive/interchangefileformatsfortarandcpio.(3)Networkprotocols.(4)Graphicsandwindowinginterfaces.(5)Databasemanagementsysteminterfaces.(6)Objectorbinarycodeportability.(7)Systemconfigurationandresourceavailability.(8)InterfacestotheAdaruntimesystem.WhentheXTIDetailedNetworkInterfaceoptionand/ortheSocketsDetailedNetworkInterfaceoptionaresupported,thenasetofDNI’s(see2.2.3.26)arealsowithinthescopeofthisstandard.ADNIisintendedtoprovideaccesstoprotocol-specificfeaturesoftheunderlyingnetworkforhighlyportableapplicationsthatneedaccesstosophisticatednetworkfeatures.TheDNI’sarebasedontheSPG4XTIand4.4BSDsocketspecifications.ThefollowingareasareoutsideofthescopeoftheDNI’s:—Interfacetomanipulateunderlyingprotocolimplementations—Networkmanagementinterface—Interfacetomanipulateperformance-specificfeatures—DefinitionforprotocoladdressformatscThisstandarddescribestheexternalcharacteristicsandfacilitiesthatareofimportancetoapplicationsdevelopers,ratherthantheimplementationapproachesthatmaybeemployedtoachievethem.Specialemphasisisplacedonthosefacilitiesandcapabilitiesneededforthebroadspectrumofapplications.Thisstandardhasbeendefinedexclusivelyatthesourcecodelevel.TheobjectiveisthataStrictlyConformingPOSIX.5Applicationcanbecompiledtoexecuteonanyconformingimplementation,withintheportabilityoftheapplicationAdacodeitself.
