【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportdescribesgoodpracticefortheuseofsludgesinagriculture(wherenationalregulationspermit).ItisapplicabletoallofthesludgesdescribedinthescopeofCEN/TC308(andanyoftheformsinwhichtheymaybepresented-liquid,dewatered,dried,composted,etc.)i.e.sludgesfrom:-stormwaterhandling;-nightsoil;-urbanwastewatercollectingsystems;-urbanwastewatertreatmentplants;-treatingindustrialwastewatersimilartourbanwastewater(asdefinedinDirective91/271/EC[1]);-watersupplytreatmentplants;-butexcludinghazardoussludgesfromindustry.Suchsludgesmaybeusedonlandasasourceofplantnutrients,and/orsoilimprover,and/oralkalineamendmentforcropproduction.Despitedifferencesinthestatutorycontrolsbetweensewagesludgeandothersludges,theuseofalltypesofsludgeshouldfollowgoodpracticetomaximisebenefitsforthecropsorsoils,tominimisepotentialrisksofenvironmentalcontaminationandadverseimpactsonplant,animalandhumanhealth,andtoensuresustainability,energyefficiencyandcost-effectiveness.Sludgeproducersshouldbeawarethatifasludgeisusedasafertilisingoralkalineamendment,nationalorEUfertiliserorlimingregulationsmayapply.Thedocumentassumesthatanevaluationofsludgeutilisationhasalreadybeenmade,andadecisionwastakenthatuseofsludgewithinalandspreadingpolicyisthebestoption.Forevaluationanddecisionsforuseofsludges,otherdocumentshavebeendeveloped(seeCR13714,CR13846).Manycountriesand/orlocaladministrationshaveregulationsand/orstandardsand/orcodesofpracticeapplicabletotheuseofsomeofthetypesofsludgethatarewithinthescopeofthisTechnicalReport,howeveritcannot,anddoesnot,attempttosummariseortakeaccountoftheseregulations,etc.becauseoftheirverywiderange.ItisthusessentialthatthisTechnicalReportisreadinthecontextoftheconditionsthatprevaillocally.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61784definesasetofprotocolspecificcommunicationprofilesbasedprimarilyontheIEC61158series,tobeusedinthedesignofdevicesinvolvedincommunicationsinfactorymanufacturingandprocesscontrol.Eachprofileselectsspecificationsforthecommunicationsprotocolstackatadevice.ItcontainsaminimalsetofrequiredservicesattheApplicationLayerandspecificationofoptionsinintermediatelayersdefinedthroughreferences.IfnoApplicationLayerisincluded,thenaminimalsetofrequiredservicesattheDataLinkLayerisspecified.Theappropriatereferencestotheprotocolspecifictypesaregivenineachcommunicationprofilefamilyorassociatedprofiles.NOTEAllprofilesarebasedonstandardsordraftstandardsorInternationalStandardspublishedbytheIECorfromstandardsorInternationalStandardsestablishedbyotherstandardsbodiesoropenstandardsprocesses.ThestructureofcommunicationprofilefamiliesisspecifiedinFigure1.EachprofileselectsanappropriateconsistentandcompatiblesubsetofservicesandprotocolsfromthetotalavailablesetthatisdefinedandmodelledinIEC61158.Fortheselectedsubsetofservicesandprotocols,theprofilealsodescribesanypossibleornecessaryconstrainsinparametervalues.Table1showsthecommunicationprofilefamiliesthataredefinedinthisstandard.
